He previously worked as a legal consultant at MECA Employers Consulting Agency Sdn Bhd, where he provided advisory, drafting services, and conducted trainings as a certified HRDC trainer.

Joel’s passion for teaching, combined with his extensive legal experience, enables him to offer practical solutions in employment and industrial relations law. He is also a WZ (Wicklander-Zulawski) certified HR/ER investigator, further enhancing his expertise in HR and ER matters.
